15-Day Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.
Package Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including the RA number. If possible, include a copy of your original receipt.
Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as per your preference.
Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
